Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This Application is preferred to bring the legal representatives of Applicant - Petitioner No.1 who passed away on 7 March 2020. The Application is supported by an Affidavit and copy of the death certificate. 3.

It seems that the Petitioner No.1 passed away during Covid 19 Pandemic. 4.

Hence, the Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c).

Necessary amendment be carried out in the Petition within a period of three weeks and amended copy be of the Petition be served on the Respondents within a period of four weeks thereafter.

The Interim Application stands disposed.
