Heard learned counsels for the respective parties. 2.
The Petitioners claimed to be the slum-dwellers. They pray for a
direction that their slums shall not be demolished and they be granted benefit of the Government Schemes, as per G.R. dated 16th May 2015. Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the Petitioners, submits that representations, in respect of the subject matter of the Petitions, have been made to the Respondent No.2-CIDCO Authorities on 27th February 2017. Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.2-CIDCO, on instructions, submits that the CIDCO Authorities would look into the representations of the Petitioners on its own merits and take the decision on the same after hearing the Petitioners.

Respondent No.2-CIDCO is at liberty to take appropriate decision in accordance with law on the representations of the Petitioners. We grant eight weeks' time to the Respondent No.2CIDCO to take the decision. 4.
Ad-interim relief granted earlier shall continue to operate for a period of eight weeks from today and in case the decision taken by the Respondent No.2-CIDCO, on the representations of the Petitioners, is adverse to the Petitioners' interest, the ad-interim relief shall continue for a further period of two weeks thereafter.

We do not express any opinion on the merits of the Petitions. Both the Petitions are disposed of.
