By this application filed on behalf of the Collector, Nashik, the State had sought the following prayers:- "a. That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to fix the date for final hearing and further the Petitioner be directed to deposit the amount demanded in the impugned order of Rs.31,80,42,057/-.

b.

Such further and other reliefs as necessary be granted to the Applicant."

To this application a detailed affidavit-in-reply dated 26 March Priya Soparkar

2 45 ia 1527-21 in wp 2529-10-c 2021 was filed by the petitioner-Hindustan Aeronautics Limited. 3.

Today when the matter is called out, Mr.Kankal, learned AGP for the State only presses for the prayer in the application that the date be fixed for final hearing as the pleadings are complete. He does not press rest of the prayer (a).

Mr.Suraj Ghogare, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection if the application is restricted only for a fixation of date of final hearing.

Having heard learned counsel and having considered the request for early hearing in the light of the fact that the pleadings are complete, and the issue involves revenue implications upon the State as well as upon the petitioner, list on 31st March, 2023 for final disposal. 6.

Mr.Suraj Ghogare, learned counsel for the petitioner to furnish a copy of the compilation tendered before this court on 19 July 2021 to Mr. Kankal as soon as possible.
