By this civil application, applicant is seeking permission to serve the respondent No.4 by substituted service as per Order 5 Rule 20 of Civil Procedure Code. Considering the submissions made by learned Counsel for the applicant and averments made in civil application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out case for allowing this civil application.
