Petitioners i.e. husband and in-laws of Respondent No.2-wife have filed present Petition for quashing of C.C. No. 281 of 2020 pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kalyan arising out of C.R. No. I-253 of 2019 registered with Vishnu Nagar Police Station, Dombivli under Sections 498A and 406 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, by consent of Respondent No.2.

Respondent No.2 has filed an Affidavit dated 20th April, 2023 and in para No.5 thereof she has given her no objection for quashing of said C.C. No. 281 of 2020 arising out of C.R. No. I-253 of 2019. Respondent No.2 is personally present in the Court and through her Advocate reiterated contents of her Affidavit dated 20th April, 1/2

In view thereof, Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).
