The Interim Application is taken out to bring on record heirs of Respondent No. 2. Respondent No. 2 passed away on 26.08.2020 and the Interim Application was taken out on 26.02.2021. Due to Covid-19 pandemic, the Supreme Court had suspended the limitation period from 15.03.2020 till 28.02.2022. Therefore, there is no delay in fling the Interim Application.
