Apprehending the arrest in connection with Crime No. 16/2020 registered with Ghoti Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail.

Applicant no.1 allegedly assaulted the

complainant by iron rod on his head and applicant no. 2 by stick. Upon reading the complaint, it constitutes the reasonable ground to believe the applicants complicity in the crime. The injury '

caused was on the vital part of the body. The offence 307 is punishable with imprisonment for life or may extend to 10 years.

4. In view of nature of accusations, application deserves no consideration.

Application is rejected.
