The Applicants are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.429/2023 registered at Nerul Police Station, Navi Mumbai on 17.9.2023 under sections 406, 420, 506 read with 34 of IPC.

Heard Mr. Ankit Pandey, learned counsel for the Applicants, Ms. Rajeshree Newton, learned APP for the Respondent-State and Ms. Akanksha Pandey, learned counsel for the informant.

On the last occasion vide order dated 22.2.2024, the Applicants and the original informant were referred for mediation.

Today both learned counsel for the respective parties are present before the Court. The mediation report dated 10.4.2024 is also submitted by the learned Mediator. The report mentions that the parties had settled the case amicably with their own wish and they have signed the consent terms before the learned Mediator. The consent terms signed by both the parties are annexed to the mediation report. 6.
Today, the informant is present in the Court. He is identified by the learned counsel representing him. She, on his instructions, states that the informant has no objection for allowing this Application.

In view of the consent terms and in view of the averments made in clauses (k) and (x) of the consent terms mentioning that the parties are agreeable for disposal of the application, this Application can be allowed and the Applicants can be granted anticipatory bail.

Before parting with the order, I record my appreciation of the successful efforts put in by the learned Mediator.

Hence, the following order :
ORDER
(i) In the event of their arrest in connection with C.R.No.429/2023 registered at Nerul Police Station, Navi Mumbai, the Applicants are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing PR bonds in the sum of Rs.30,000/- each (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with one or two sureties each in the like amount.
(ii) Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of accordingly.
