The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions and also in view of the order dated 5.3.2015 passed by the Dy.Commissioner of Labour, Nashik Division, Nashik thereby rejected the application under Section 25N of the Industrial Disputes Act 1947 to retrench 206 workmen out of 183 and subsequently reference is made on 7.3.2015 to the Industrial Tribunal, therefore, is not pressing present writ petition.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
