The Applicants/Petitioners have taken out this Interim Application to bring the legal representatives of Respondent No.4 who passed away on 28 September 2021.

The learned Counsel who initially appeared for Respondent No.4 submits that the legal heirs of Respondent No.4 have no objection to bring them on record.

Hence, the Interim Application stands allowed. 9.
Legal heirs of Respondent No.4 are permitted to be brought on record. 10.
Necessary amendment be carried out and amended copy of the Writ Petition be served on the legal representatives of Respondent No.4 and rest of the Respondents.
