The applicant in Interim Application No. 641 of 2021 seeks impleadment in Civil Writ Petition No. 11434 of 2017 on the ground that an interim order passed in such writ petition has directly affected his interest and without being impleaded, he may not have the opportunity to seek

16. IA 641-2021 vacation of such interim order.

Considering such pleaded case, we allow the applicant to be impleaded in this writ petition as an additional respondent subject to just exceptions that may be raised at the final hearing by the petitioner.
