Even on earlier occasion i.e. on 4th April, 2018 none had appeared for the Petitioners. 2) Learned APP on instructions from Mr. Barge, API, Hadapsar Police Station, Pune submitted that, the present case has already been committed to the Court of Sessions under Section 209 of Cr.P.C. and the trial Court has issued Non-Bailable Warrant against the Petitioners. 3) In view of the above, present Petition for quashing of CR No.989 of 2017 registered with Hadapsar Police Station, Pune city does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
