DATE: JANUARY 24, 2022 P.C.:- 1] While considering prayer of the Applicant-wife for transfer of the proceedings, this Court vide order dated 12/2/2021 passed in MCA No. 330 of 2019 awarded travel and out of pocket expenses of Rs 7,500/-.

2] Review of the said order is sought by the Applicant-wife in view of present social and pandemic condition, as according to Mr. Chandrachood, learned Counsel for the Applicant-wife, it is difficult for the Applicant to travel and attend the proceedings at Family Court, Bandra.

3] As far as aforesaid submissions are concerned, I hardly see any 1/2
