Considering the overall pendency of the Appeals, and the fact that no special ground whatsoever has been put forth by the Appellant, we do not think that it would be possible for this Court to grant any priority for final hearing to the Appellant, Ganesh Lokhande

18-IA-826-2023.doc over and above, the other Appeals pending before this Court. The Application is therefore rejected. However, liberty is granted to the Appellant to move this Court for final hearing after six months.
