This petition arises out of an interim order passed in Complaint (ULP) No.431 of 2011. Mrs. Karnik, the learned advocate for respondent no.1 states that respondent no.1 has withdrawn that Complaint on 27th February, 2015. In that circumstance, the order under challenge in the petition no longer survives and the petition has become infructuous. The petition is accordingly disposed off. (Smt. R.P. SondurBaldota, J.)
