The applicant is seeking relief under Section 438 of Cr.P.C for temporary period to enable him to approach the appropriate Court. The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with C.R.No.294 of 2019, registered with Repalle Town Police Station, districtGuntur, Andhra Pradesh for the offences punishable under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code r/w. 66(d) of I.T Act. According to the applicant the transaction relates to the sale of goods. The applicant is resident of Mumbai. The applicant needs four weeks time to approach the Court for seeking appropriate relief.

without adjudicating on merits of the case, the applicant can be granted protection for a period of four weeks to enable him to approach the appropriate Court for seeking appropriate relief.

ORDER

(i) In the event of the arrest of the Applicant in connection with C.R.No.294 of 2019, registered with Repalle Town Police Station, district- Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, the Applicant be released on bail on his executing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount;

(ii) This protection is granted for four weeks to enable the applicant to move appropriate Court for relief. (iii) Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of. ( PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.)
