2] The Petitioner has made grievance against the Respondent No.5 Senior Police Inspector, Khadakpada Police Station. According to the Petitioner, Respondent No.5 threatened him to execute the document/sale-deed in favour of the builder. The action of Respondent No.5 is totally illegal and amounts to crime. 3] The Petitioner has also made representation dated 8th February, 2016 about the conduct of Respondent No.5 to Assistant Police Commissioner, Murbad Road, Kalyan. He states that this representation has not been decided by police authorities. 1/2

osk 47-wp-880-2017.odt 4] In the above circumstances, we dispose of this petition by directing the Petitioner to give copy of the said representation dated 8th February, 2016 to Respondent No.4 Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone III, Kalyan. The Respondent No.4 Deputy Commissioner of Police, thereafter, shall hear the Petitioner and pass an appropriate order. The entire exercise shall be carried out within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order. 5] Subject to above, Writ Petition is disposed of.
