The learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to file an appropriate application, seeking the applicant's enlargement on bail after filing of the charge-sheet. It is not disputed that after the charge-sheet was filed, the applicant had not filed any bail application. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to

sjs 32-BA-491.2015 withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh bail application, before the appropriate Court after the filing of the charge-sheet. The learned Judge shall consider the said application, if filed, on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this application. The application is accordingly disposed of.
