The Learned APP Mr. Salvi on instructions of Mr. Pramod Tawade, PI, Charkop Police Station, which are given to him vide letter dated 16-4-2018 states that the charge sheet against the Petitioner herein who is one of the accused, has been filed on 20-2-2018 in the Court of the Learned Metropolitian Magistrate 24th Court, Borivali and the same bears No.573/PW/2018. In view of the supervening event of the charge sheet being filed, we do not deem it appropriate to consider the prayers sought in the above Petition, as the said supervening event has transcended the said prayers. We accordingly dispose of the above Petition leaving the Petitioner to seek proper recourse under the CrPC.
