Today when the matter came up for hearing, the only prayer made by learned counsel for Petitioners, is to direct the Respondent no.1 to consider and take appropriate decision on Petitioners' representation dated 2nd August 2013, Exhibit-K to the petition. Learned counsel for Petitioners submits that the Petitioners will file a copy of said representation, Exhibit-K, along with a fresh detailed representation, before the Chairman of Respondent no.1 within two weeks along with a copy of this order, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for parties, we dispose of this petition with liberty to the Petitioners to file fresh representation along with Exhibit-K as aforesaid. On

2 of 2 DB.17.WP.2682.2014 receipt of the same, the Chairman of Respondent no.1 shall consider the Petitioners' grievance in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation.

With these directions, the petition is disposed of. Interim order passed earlier to continue till the representation of Petitioners is decided by Chairman of Respondent no.1.
