In the order dated 13th February, 2015, it was recorded that though Mr. Rohan Nahar had given his no objection in favour of Mr. Saurabh Sinha, none appeared for the applicant on 13th February, 2015. Today also, none appears for the applicant. The learned Counsel for the respondent No. 2 states that this is an application seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail. She states that the charge-sheet has been filed in the said case. It appears that the applicant is not interested in pursuing the application. Accordingly, the application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
