It is pointed out by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Application of the Petitioner is pending since 18th September, 2008. 1/2

In the circumstances, we dispose of the Petition with directions to Respondent No.2 - Committee to decide the Application as expeditiously as possible and in any event by end of July, 2019.
