Heard learned counsel for the applicants. I have perused the averments made in the civil application. Learned counsel states that office objections could not be removed due to unavoidable circumstances and undertakes to remove all office objections within four weeks from today. Undertaking is accepted. 2.
Order dated 6th October, 2017 is recalled. Contempt Petition (St.) No.3219 of 2017 is restored to file on the condition that the office objections would be removed within the prescribed period. It is made clear that if the office objections are not removed as directed, the contempt petition to stand dismissed without further reference to court. Civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
