By this writ petition, the Petitioner is, inter alia, seeking direction to Respondent No.2 to forthwith register an FIR on the basis of complaint dated 2nd February 2015 and thereafter to transfer the investigation to the State CID. So far as the relief regarding the registration of FIR is concerned, the learned PP submitted that FIR is registered on 7th March 2015. Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner does not dispute this statement. In that view of the matter prayer to that effect is rendered infructuous.

So far as the relief concerning transfer of patilsr 1 / 2

investigation is concerned, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is not pressing the said relief at this stage.
