P.C.:- 1) In pursuance of Order dated 5th June, 2023 Shri. Dilip V. Jadhav, Assistant Police Inspector, attached to Sangvi Police Station, District Pune has filed an Affidavit dated 7th June, 2023. 2) In paragraph No.5 of the said Affidavit, it is stated that, on 05.10.2015 charge-sheet has been filed in the Court of J.M.F.C., Pimpri and the same is numbered as R.C.C. No.879 of 2015. In paragraph No.6 thereof, he has fairly admitted that, there is no provision of filing half-sheet in the Cr.P.C. In paragraph No.7, it is stated that, word 'Half Sheet' has been inadvertently mentioned at Exh. B on page No.27 while submitting it before the trial Court.

ssm 2 25-apl256.17.doc 3) In view thereof, explanation offered by the concerned Officer is accepted and Order dated 5th June, 2023 is complied with. 4) Neither the Applicants nor their Advocate appeared on earlier occasion i.e. on 5th June, 2023. Today also, none appeared for the Applicant.

5) It appears that, Applicants are not interested in pursuing present Application.
