The petitioner has impugned order dated 1.2.2017 passed by respondent No.5 i.e. the Minister (Revenue) Maharashtra State, Mantralaya, Mumbai in Appeal bearing NO.RTS/2715/PL-175/.J-4.The record clearly indicates that the petitioner was not party respondent to the said appeal and that the order impugned herein dated 1.2.2017 has already been upheld by this Court by an order dated 20.4.2017 in W.P. No.4444 of 2017. It was submitted that the said order dated 20.4.2017 holds field even as of today.

In view of the above, the present petition is devoid of any merits and is accordingly rejected. (A.S.GADKARI, J.)
