This is an application for modification of order dated 28th August, 2018 passed by this Court in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1648 of 2018. The applicant was directed to attend the Investigating Officer once in a week till filing of the chargesheet and thereafter once in a month. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that chargesheet is filed. The applicant is required to attend the police station once in a month and the applicant has complied the condition of reporting. However, the applicant is a labourer and hence the condition of attendance be relaxed. Learned APP submitted that condition is not stringent. The

In view of the filing of chargesheet, the appilcant is now required to attend the police station once in a month. Considering that the trial is pending, no case for relaxation of condition is made out. Hence, application is rejected.
