Heard learned counsel for the parties. By this application, applicant is seeking permission to carry out amendment as per the draft amendment annexed to the Interim Application being Exh.1 on page 6. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the fact that writ petition is pending for admission, we are satisfied that applicant has made out a case for carrying out amendment.

Hence, following order is passed:

(i)Applicant in Interim application No.1108 of 2021 in Writ Petition No.704 of 2021 is permitted to carry out amendment as per the draft amendment 1/2

47ia1108.doc annexed to the application as Exhibit-1.

(ii)Amendment to be carried out on or before 30th June 2021. (iii) If amendment is carried out, applicant is directed to serve amended copy of the petition to the respondent and file affidavit to that effect on or before 6th July 2021.

(iv) After amended copy of the petition is served, respondent to file their reply on or before 17th July 2021 with copy to the other side. (v) Rejoinder, if any, to be filed on or before 22nd July 2021 with copy to the other side.
