Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The learned Miss Pooja Singh for the Applicant insurance company submits that by these Civil Applications, they are seeking extention of time to deposit the decreetal amount in Court. She submits that as the entire amount has already been deposited, nothing will survive in both these Civil Applications. 3.

Hence, both the Civil Applications stand disposed as infructuous in view of the fact that the amount has already been deposited. 4.

No order as to costs.
