After hearing for sometime, the learned counsel for the Petitioners makes a motion for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal under section 29 of the Domestic Violence Act before the Appellate Court i.e. the Sessions Judge, Thane questioning the order dated February 21, 2018 denying interim measure qua accommodation to be provided by the Petitioners. If such appeal is preferred along with any additional documents, the Appellate Court shall deal with the same in accordance with law. V.A. Tikam 1/2
