Heard Mr. G. V. Nagarseth, learned counsel for the applicantS.

This is an application for bringing legal representatives of applicant Babulal Khimji Shah, since deceased, on record after condoning delay of 63 days in filing application. Mr. Nagarseth states that he has served copy on Advocates S.M.Rairikar and Mr. P.S.Dani. No reply is filed opposing the application.

For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that the applicants have made out sufficient cause

2/2 CAO/179 /2015 for condoning delay. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayers clause (a),(b) and (c) with no order as to costs. Amendment in Civil Application No.81 of 2004 shall be carried out within 14 days from today.
