Applicant is seeking bail in Crime No. I 655 - of 2016 registered with the Tulinj Police Station, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 along with Section 37(1)(3)/135 of the Maharashtra Police Act.

Applicant and two others assaulted Rakesh Yadav by sword, iron rod and wooden log on the vital part of his body. Rakesh succumbed to the injuries as he had suffered three grievous injuries on head, stabbed over right side of the neck and contused over right occipital parietal area. The incident is witnessed by the complainant (son of the deceased). Besides there are other witnesses.

In view of the nature of accusation and as the offence is punishable with the imprisonment for life or death, the application is rejected.
