Learned A.P.P, at the outset, makes a statement that during the pendency of this application, charge-sheet has been filed. 2.
In view of the aforesaid statement, learned Counsel for the applicants seeks leave to withdraw the application, with liberty to file an application in the trial Court, after filing of the charge-sheet. 3.
Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn. 4.
It is made clear that this application has not been considered on merits and if an application for regular bail, after filing of charge-sheet is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this application.
