1] This is an application for anticipatory bail. The earlier application was decided vide order dated 19th December, 2018. The said order indicates that after hearing for some time, when the Court was not inclined to grant relief, the application was withdrawn. 2] Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the application for anticipatory bail before the Sessions Court was rejected on the ground that the recovery is to be made. It is submitted that the co-accused was arrested and he has been granted bail vide order dated 11th January, 2019, by the Sessions Court and from the said order it is apparent that the amount involved in the crime was recovered at the 1/2

It is, therefore, prayed that the grant of bail to the co-accused and the observations made therein is the change in circumstances to consider this application for anticipatory bail, as nothing is to be recovered from the Applicant. The earlier application was withdrawn when this Court was not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
3] In these circumstances, this application cannot be entertained and hence, the same is rejected.
