We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

The only grievance sought to be agitated is that the respondent no.5 had filed affidavit along with the tender documents.

In the said affidavit, the respondent no.5 did not disclose all the works that he had undertaken. He had disclosed only 18 works undertaken by it, but had failed to disclose the four additional work that he has undertaken.

We asked the learned counsel for the petitioner as to how a candidate would be disqualified from bid if he did not disclose four additional works he has undertaken. The learned counsel submits that he has filed a complaint and the same is not yet decided.

It is for the petitioner to pursue its complaint with the authority.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
