The Civil Application has been filed seeking expeditious hearing of the above Civil Revision Application. The ground made out is that the Respondent No.1 is suffering from various ailments and that the Civil Revision Application involves a narrow controversy. The Learned Counsel appearing for the parties i.e. original Applicant and Respondents No.2 to 6 have no objection to the Civil Revision Application being heard. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the hearing of the Civil Revision Application is expedited and is directed to be placed for final hearing on 5th March, 2015 to be shown at the bottom of the supplementary board.
