This is an Application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. filed by the aforesaid Applicant apprehending his arrest in C.R.No.06/2019 registered with Sadar Bazaar Police Station, Solapur for offences punishable under sections 465, 420 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for the State. I have perused the records and considered the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the respective parties. 3.

The records reveal that this Court by order dated 19/03/2020, had granted interim protection to the Applicant, which has been extended from time to time. Learned counsel for the Applicant states 1/2
