Learned APP on instructions submitted that, in the present crime after completion of investigation, police have submitted charge-sheet on 22nd October, 2019 and the same has been committed to the Court of Sessions having Sessions Case No. 52 of 2020. 2.

In view thereof, present Petition for quashing for FIR No. 112 of 2019 registered with Bandra Police Station, Mumbai does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
