The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to adopt appropriate remedy under the provisions of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. He seeks continuation of ad-interim relief granted on 8th March 2017. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Ad-interim relief dated 8th March 2017 shall continue to operate for a period of 6 weeks from today to enable the Petitioner to avail the by Rajeshwari Subodh Karve Date:
