Learned counsel for the Petitioner had restricted his relief in this Writ Petition only for expeditious decision on his complaint filed before the Railway Mobile Court at Andheri, Mumbai. The Petitioner has filed the complaint with a prayer for direction to the police to investigate into the allegations made by the complainant. This complaint was filed before the Magistrate in June 2022. Even after one year no orders are passed on that complaint. In view of this situation, since about a Nesarikar

Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Learned Magistrate, Railway Mobile Court at Andheri, Mumbai, is directed to take decision on the prayer made by the Applicant before him in Criminal Application No.294 of 2022 within a period of four weeks from today.

(ii) The Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
