Heard. By this application, the Applicant is seeking interim custody of the minor child Sakina under the Guardianship and Wards Act 1890.

In order dated 23.08.2019 passed by this court, it is recorded that the husband expired on 22.04.2019 and hence, the appeal has become infructuous.

In view of order dated 23.08.2019, nothing survives in the Civil Application.

Hence, the Civil Application stands disposed of as infructuous.

No order as to costs.
