By this Civil Application, applicant is seeking permission to serve the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 by substituted service as per Order 5 Rule 20 of Civil Procedure Code, 1908. 3.

Considering the submissions made by learned Counsel for the applicant, averments made in civil application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out case for allowing this Civil Application. Hence, following order :- a) Applicant is permitted to serve the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 by substituted service under Order 5 Rule 20 of Civil Procedure Code, 1908 by publishing notice in one Marathi and one English News paper having wide S.C.Magar
