Heard the learned Advocates for the parties. Following order is passed by consent :-

1. The Appellant shall within a period of four weeks from the date of this order pay an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- to the Respondent in full and final settlement of the claim of the Respondent.

2. Upon payment of the said amount of Rs.5,00,000/- by the Appellant to the Respondent, the parties shall have no claim of whatsoever nature against each other.

3. The above Second Appeal and Civil Application are accordingly disposed off.
