After this petition was heard for some time, it is thought appropriate and in the interest of justice that the suit itself is heard and decided expeditiously. The short issue involved in the suit pertains to right of way over the boundaries of the land belonging to the respondents. Mr.Shah,learned Counsel for the respondents­plaintiffs on instructions of his clients who are present in the Court states that his clients would co­operate in the early adjudication of the suit. 2.
