Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant, learned additional public prosecutor for the State and the Respondent No.2 in-person.
The applicant has been convicted for the offence punishable under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Her appeal has been dismissed. The cheque amount is Rs. 14,50,000/-. Considering all these aspects, I pass the following order.

The applicant be released on bail in sum of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount or a cash deposit of Rs.25,000/- in lieu of surety. ii.
The applicant shall deposit Rs. 7,00,000/- in this court within a period of one week. If the said amount is not deposited within a period of one week, the bail granted to the applicant shall stand cancelled and the learned trial court shall take necessary steps for executing the final order.
iii. The applicant shall appear before this court personally on the next date of the hearing of the criminal revision application. If she does not remain present, the court may consider to dismiss her revision application on this ground only.
