The learned Counsel for the Petitioner makes a statement that notice of the praecipe has been served upon the Respondents.

In Writ Petition No.2707 of 2016 which was disposed of by this Court by its order dated 2nd March, 2016, in addition to the orders referred to therein, the Petitioners had also challenged the order dated 14th January, 2016. In this regard, it was made clear that this Court will not interfere with the same at this stage. However, in case the proceedings before the Family Court are finally decided 1/2

osk 1-WP-2707-2016.odt against the Petitioner and the Petitioner were to chose to institute a substantive Appeal against such final decision, the Petitioner would have liberty to challenge the order dated 14th January, 2016 alongwith such a substantive Appeal. It appears that the aforesaid remain to be included in the order dated 2nd March, 2016.

Accordingly, the aforesaid position is hereby clarified.

Praecipe is disposed of.
