This application is preferred by original defendant No.6 to delete the name of respondent no.4 Mohd Irfan Abdul Baray from the cause title of Writ Petition as well as pending Civil Applications, if any.

Considering the averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out case for following order.

Hence, following order is passed:

a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus:
