The only relief sought by way of the above Petition is that though the Revision Application No.123 of 2015 filed by the Petitioner before the Appellate Bench of the Small Causes Court and an application for stay has been filed therein for stay of the hearing of RAE Suit No.329/ 712 of 2004, the said stay application has not been taken up for hearing. It seems that on the date when the stay application was on board in Court Room No.31, the board was discharged for the said day. Be that as it may, since the application for stay is pending, the Appellate Bench of the Small Causes Court is directed to hear and decide the same expeditiously and BGP.

It would also be open for the Appellate Bench of the Small Causes Court to proceed with the hearing of the Revision Application itself and also decide the same within the aforesaid time frame. With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 2.

In view of the disposal of the Writ Petition, the Civil Application does not survive and to accordingly stand disposed of as such. 3.

Parties to act upon a copy of this order duly authenticated by the Court Shirestedar.
