This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the aforesaid applicant apprehending his arrest in C.R.No. 8 of 2023 registered at V.P. Marg Police Station for offences under Section 304(2), 420, 465, 468, 471, 473 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17(b) of the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Rules and Regulations of 1945.

Learned APP has brought to my notice that the Applicant was already arrested. He was granted transit bail/interim bail with direction to appear before the Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Girgaum Court on 13.02.2023. Instead of appearing before the Addl.
