Perused the order dated 01.03.2022 passed by this Court. Paragraph Nos. 2 and 3 of the said order reads as under:- "2.

We are informed that Respondent No. 2 - Tahsildar, Sinner has already passed an order in RTS/Complaint/SR/25/2021 on 25.02.2022. In view thereof, the above prayer sought by the Petitioner has become infructuous. We, therefore, without going into the merits of the case stay the order of Respondent No. 2 - Tahsildar, Sinner dated 25.02.2022 for a period of two weeks to enable the Petitioner to move the Appellate Authority and seek appropriate reliefs.

In the event of the order passed by the Appellate Authority being against the Petitioner, the same shall not be implemented for a further period of two weeks from the date of service of the said order on the Petitioner and /or their Advocate."

The impugned order dated 25.02.2022 which is stayed by this Court for a period of two weeks to enable to the Petitioners to move the Appellate Authority and seek appropriate reliefs, is extended upto 21.03.2022.

It is clarified that the Appellate Authority shall hear the Appeal on its own merits without being influenced by any orders passed by this Court. 4.
